Our online booking service is open 24h/24h 7d/7d days. Reservations must be made 48 hours before the treatment,No reservations are taken for granted until the confirmation by email. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide valid with only a mobile country code phone number,E-mail id.
You can pay upon arrival directly to our driver by cash & credit card or online advance payment, If we can not provide the service, a cancellation of the reservation will be sent to the customer by email. All payments for bookings will be refunded if it is canceled by our service. Payments by credit card should be made with the booking (note: we take credit card only for guarantee), so all payments must be made by money transfer or currency.
All changes and / or cancellations must be made before 48 hours. If cancellations are not notified within 48 hours prior to the period of support while we load 100% of the booking price.
Your vehicle will be at the airport for the scheduled arrival of your flight. The driver will wait before your arrival gate with a sign bearing your name / company name. However you must refer to your booking confirmation where you will find specific instructions for your particular airport.
You must reconfirm your departure at least 24 hours in advance to ensure that all information on flight times, airport and pick-up address are correct. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a valid mobile phone number with country code, your driver. It is the passenger’s responsibility to check the messages left on the phone the day before the trip.
We have a fleet of new vehicles with three, five and six passenger seats or 7/8. They are air conditioned for the summer, and fully equipped for the winter. Most importantly, it is a non-smoking vehicle.
Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. It will be easier for us to provide the suitable vehicle, otherwise we reserve the right to charge excessive luggage franchise or refuse to transport the items.
We charge the same price for all occupied seats. Please note that children can travel free so we provide car seats for children. You should clearly indicate the number of children and their age on the day of booking.
We will try to carry the passenger in the best conditions to its destination as indicated on the travel voucher. However, we do incur no responsibility if any circumstances beyond our control prevent the fulfillment of this responsibility. The following are examples of circumstances which are not within our control (this list is not exhaustive):
• Access to restricted vehicles
• exceptional or severe weather conditions
• compliance with police requests
• deaths and accidents on the road
• unpredictable strike
